用热导池(TCD)检测强腐蚀性的硫化氢、氯化氢等组分,需要使用耐腐蚀的热敏元件。作者采用将螺旋铼钨丝在支架上先点焊后再镀金的方法,改善了热敏元件的耐腐蚀性,经过两年多对10~50%硫化氢的分析,TCD 仍保持最初的特性。将镀金铼钨丝与普通铼钨丝放在容器中用高浓度硫化氢直接侵蚀,取出后用扫描电镜分析,证明前者的抗氧化和抗腐蚀性能优于后者,且有较高的灵敏度和稳定性.
The use of TCD to detect highly corrosive hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride and other components, the need to use corrosion-resistant thermal elements. The author adopted the method of welding the tungsten rhenium tungsten wire to the bracket first and then gold plating to improve the corrosion resistance of the thermosensitive element. After more than two years of analysis of 10 to 50% hydrogen sulfide, the TCD retains its original characteristics. The gold-plated rhenium tungsten wire with ordinary rhenium tungsten in the container with high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide directly eroded after removal by scanning electron microscopy analysis to prove that the former anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance than the latter, and has high sensitivity and stability.
