目的:探讨电子表格MS Excel在药学数据分析中辅助计算的应用。方法:分析药学数据分析的原理和Excel数据处理方法,将所需解决的问题作数学模型描述,并使用Excel的命令与功能做运算与分析。结果:Excel可做矩阵、线性方程与非线性方程求解、插值、数值微分与积分、常微分方程(组)初值、数据模型拟合和最优化决策等的辅助计算。结论:Excel可以使药学数据分析的理论和方法简明直观、容易理解与应用,且能可视化地表达计算中的概念、方法、过程和结果,应用广泛。
Objective: To explore the application of spreadsheet MS Excel to assist in the calculation of pharmacy data. Methods: Analyze the principles of pharmacy data analysis and Excel data processing methods, describe the problems to be solved by mathematics model, and use Excel commands and functions to do arithmetic and analysis. Results: Excel can be used as auxiliary calculation of matrix, linear equation and nonlinear equation, interpolation, numerical differentiation and integral, ordinary differential equations (group) initial value, data model fitting and optimization decision. Conclusion: Excel can make the theory and method of pharmacy data analysis concise and intuitive, easy to understand and apply, and can express the concept, method, process and result of calculation in a wide range of applications.
