目的:检测西宁地区结直肠癌患者血小板计数(PLT)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达及其临床意义的探讨。方法:采用全自动血球分析仪检测血小板计数,免疫组化两步法染色检测VEGF,在经手术组织病理学确诊的西宁地区结直肠癌67例,结肠息肉39例中的表达。结果:血小板计数在结直肠癌中与Dukes分期、分化程度及结肠良性病变组之间差异有统计学意义;结直肠癌组织的VEGF表达,A期、B期、C期和D期阳性率分别为33.3%、55.0%、69.2%及86.7%;高分化、中分化、低分化阳性率分别为29.4%、43.8%、66.7%;结肠息肉阳性率为2.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血小板升高与VEGF阳性表达呈正相关,二者表达呈明显一致性。结论:协同检测PLT计数及VEGF阳性表达将有助于对结直肠癌进行预后判断和病情监测,为肿瘤患者选择个体化治疗有一定指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the platelet count (PLT) and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with colorectal cancer in Xining and its clinical significance. Methods: The platelet count was detected by automatic hematology analyzer. VEGF was detected by immunohistochemical staining in two steps. The expression of VEGF was detected in 67 cases of colorectal cancer and 39 cases of colon polyps confirmed by histopathology. Results: The difference of platelet count between colorectal cancer and Dukes staging, the degree of differentiation and benign colon benign lesions was statistically significant. The positive rates of VEGF, A, B, C and D in colorectal cancer tissues were 33.3%, 55.0%, 69.2% and 86.7% respectively. The positive rates of well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated were 29.4%, 43.8% and 66.7% respectively. The positive rate of colonic polyps was 2.6%, with significant difference (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between thrombocytopenia and the positive expression of VEGF, the expression of which was consistent. Conclusion: Collaborative detection of PLT count and VEGF expression will help to predict the prognosis of colorectal cancer and monitor the disease, which may be of guiding significance for the individualized treatment of cancer patients.
