1979年夏天的某个夜晚,海军陆战队军官郭秀峰中校去看望他的故友、黑猫旅社老板周明山,他们都是国民党撤退时来台湾的老兵。不过,周明山早已退伍,开了这家黑猫旅社,从事色情行业,生意十分兴隆。两人谈起同时结拜的兄弟、空军飞行员王权贵少校,不免欷歔感叹了一番。周明山邀请歌女李萍萍来陪郭秀峰,两人谈起远在大陆的故乡,言语中流露出了思念之情。不料,海军陆战队军官孔超看中了李萍萍,在酒吧里当众进行挑逗、猥亵。郭秀峰实在看不下去,挺身而出,保护李萍萍。孔超反诬郭秀峰宣传“匪情”,进行策反。
