In this study, the relationship between cardiovascular pharmacological effects and plasma concentration of Isorhynchophylline (Isorhy) was observed. Method: Isorhynchoine powder was dissolved in 0.1 M HCl and adjusted to pH 6.0-6.5 with distilled water, fresh preparation of Isorhy (FPI) and preparation solution was prepared for one week at room temperature (DPI). 20 healthy cats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=5).
