笔者通过浏览一些有关安全方面的新闻报道,发现有些单位在安全管理上存在偏重“执罚”而轻视“执法”的现象。这种状况如果不加以改变,将不利于企业的健康发展。
By browsing some news reports about security, the author finds that some units have the phenomenon of “enforcing punishment” and “neglecting” “law enforcement” on the safety management. If this situation is not changed, it will not be conducive to the healthy development of enterprises.
