利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜能谱分析对430铁素体不锈钢头坯、尾坯、混浇坯和正常坯对应热轧板中全氧、夹杂物的类型和面积百分比作综合检测和分析。结果表明:430不锈钢热轧板中夹杂物主要为CaO-SiO2-MgO硅酸盐夹杂和Al2O3-MgO-CaO系球状氧化物夹杂;头坯、尾坯和混浇坯对应的热轧板中全氧质量分数分别为41×10-6、39×10-6和37×10-6,高于正常坯对应热轧板中的28×10-6;夹杂物的面积百分比分别为0.031%、0.028%和0.039%,也高于正常坯对应热轧板中的0.02%。
The total oxygen and inclusions types and area percentages of 430 ferrite stainless steel billets, tail billets, mixed cast billets and normal blanks were comprehensively detected and analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that inclusions in the hot-rolled plate of 430 stainless steel are mainly inclusions of CaO-SiO2-MgO silicate and Al2O3-MgO-CaO type spherical oxides; Oxygen content was 41 × 10-6, 39 × 10-6 and 37 × 10-6, respectively, which was higher than 28 × 10-6 in the hot-rolled sheet corresponding to the normal blank. The area percentages of inclusions were 0.031%, 0.028 % And 0.039%, also higher than the corresponding normal hot-rolled sheet 0.02%.
