提出喷吹煤粉有效热的概念,推导出其计算公式,并选用3种典型的唐钢喷吹煤粉进行计算。计算结果表明:3种煤粉的有效热与煤比呈非线性关系,其有效热值都比通常计算煤粉在回旋区燃烧放出的热量要大。因此,对过去的理论燃烧温度计算公式中煤粉项热量进行了修正。修正结果表明:当煤比小于120 kg/t时,修正前后的理论燃烧温度值几乎一致,但当煤比继续升高,修正后的理论燃烧温度大于修正前,并且其差值越来越大。这可能意味着煤粉大喷吹时,过去理论燃烧温度计算值偏低。
Put forward the concept of effective pulverized coal injection heat, derive its calculation formula, and choose three kinds of typical coal pulverized coal injected Tanggang calculations. The calculated results show that the effective heat of the three kinds of pulverized coal has a nonlinear relationship with the coal ratio, and the effective calorific value of the three kinds of pulverized coal is larger than the calorific value of pulverized combustion of pulverized coal in the raceway. Therefore, the calorific value of pulverized coal in the calculation formula of the theoretical combustion temperature in the past was revised. This may mean that in the past when the pulverized coal was injected, the calculated theoretical combustion temperature was too low.
