目的观察不同浓度舒芬太尼硬膜外镇痛效果。方法选择90例子宫切除术进行术后镇痛,随机分为三组,镇痛药液分别为A组舒芬太尼3.0μg/kg、B组舒芬太尼2.5μg/kg、C组舒芬太尼2.0μg/kg。观察术后病人VAS、Ramsay镇静评分及不良反应。结果三组效果总体结果满意,2.5μg/kg组与其他两组比较差异有显著意义,P<0.05。结论:2.5μg/kg舒芬太尼组镇痛效果满意且副作用少。
Objective To observe the effect of different concentrations of sufentanil on epidural analgesia. Methods 90 cases of hysterectomy for postoperative analgesia were randomly divided into three groups. The analgesic solutions were sufentanil 3.0μg / kg in group A, sufentanil 2.5μg / kg in group B, Fentanyl 2.0 μg / kg. Postoperative patients were observed VAS, Ramsay sedation score and adverse reactions. Results The overall results of the three groups were satisfactory. The difference between the 2.5μg / kg group and the other two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The analgesic effect of 2.5μg / kg sufentanil group is satisfactory with few side effects.
