现阶段理论学习不仅是党组织建设中的重点项目,更是推动学生党员发展的积极力量,因此,以优化党员培养模式为依托,推动理论学习水平的不断提升也就显得至关重要。学生党员在学生中往往能够起到良好的模范带头作用,而他们的精英形象也会直接影响着周围同学,这就需要在提升理论学习能效的基础上,促使其党性修养不断提高,但是由于受到相应限制性因素的直接影响,在实际党员培养阶段,党员考察及培养机制明显与实际需求难以相符,为了进一步强化理论学习指标,就需要从学生党员的实际情况入手,采取有针对性的措施优化培养模式,推动理论学习的精准落实。
