我们检修一台与495柴油机匹配的Ⅰ号喷油泵时,在未更换柱塞偶件前,拉杆移动很灵活;更换新柱塞偶件后,拉杆移动发生轻微阻滞,致使在起动工况和怠速工况时测定油量不稳定。为此我们又拆下柱塞偶件,浸泡在清洁的柴油中清洗,而后再详细检查柱塞和套储的滑动性能:使柱塞套倾斜45°,把柱塞从柱塞套内抽出本身长度的三分之一,柱塞转到任何位置都能借本身的重量自由滑下,说明柱塞和套筒配合间隙正常。按技术要求重新装配,拧紧柱塞套定位螺钉后,
