调整一台S195柴油机的气门间隙时发现,在压缩上止点将气门间隙调到标准值,但飞轮转到进排气门关闭刚结束的位置时,气门间隙却有1.5~1.8毫米。气门间隙老是调不准。拆卸凸轮轴检查。未发现有变形情况。检查了前后衬套,发现后衬套与凸轮轴配合间隙为1.9毫米,前衬套间隙为1.6毫米。更换了凸轮轴前后衬套后,气门间隙调整就正常了。为什么凸轮轴衬套磨损后气门间隙老是调不准呢?因为气门在开启位置时。由于气门(?)轴压力,
