“实训”即实际操作能力训练。未来经济的竞争,综合国力的增强,既需要高层次的创新人才,更需要大批有文化、有知识、能够将先进科技转化为现实生产力的高素质劳动者。作为直接培养服务于企业一线技术工人的职业技术学校,要把提高学生的职业能力放在突出的位置,加强实践性教学环节,使学生成为企业一线需要的高素质劳动者。
