患者张××,女性,34岁,农民。于1972年11月7日下午在屋旁时,右侧5～6米远处发生雷电,突觉左眼闪光,随即晕倒。醒后觉左眼视蒙,四肢无力,到当地医疗站诊治,谓有“脑震荡”。次日到当地卫生院检查,亦无特殊发现。但左眼视蒙逐渐加重,视物变形变小,于11月12日来我院检查。眼部情况:视力右1.2,左0.4(原双眼视力均正常)。外眼无特殊。右眼底正常,左眼底视神经乳头稍红,边界略
