新的时期给教学工作提出了新的要求,即要讲求课堂教学的有效性,这就给我们教师提出了一个新目标:四十分钟内如何实现增效减负提质量?教师要在课堂教学中真正实现数学课堂的有效教学,笔者认为必须强化如下“三种意识”:一、课前备课必须具有目标意识课前准备是否充分直接影响着课堂教学的效率,备课不光备教材,还要备学生,就是指应该把握教材,明确目的,联系学习实际,重点、难点做到心中有数,教学设计抓住思维的主线,教具准备充分,板书设计清晰。
