活塞式压缩机在工作中都希望排气量最大(电能消耗一定的情况下),现拟就影响活塞式压缩机排气量的因素加以探讨。借此我们可以企图努力去增加排气量,以满足我们工作的需要。 1.吸气管长度的影响 活塞式压缩机吸气管中气流波动对于排气量影响甚大。吸气管中的气流波动使吸气系统产生振动,当吸气系统的自振频率与气流引起的扰动频率重合时影响最显著,此时产生共振使压缩机的排气量增加至最大。产生共振时,吸气管长度等于共振长度。即L_吸=L_共。但共振长度目前无精确的计算公式(计算数值往往偏大)。而生产上一般都希望吸气管尽量短些,由经验数据可知,吸气管长度一般为4-6米为宜。
