本文基于全国省际面板数据对我国不同地区结构一致性的具体特征进行探讨并分析其对区域经济增长的影响。研究结果表明,产业结构与要素禀赋结构的一致性可能并不是经济增长的唯一决定因素,而且从短期来看可能还会得出相反的结论。但是对于推动区域经济增长的长期发展趋势来看,则具有非常好的解释力。因此,地方政府应该要结合自身的禀赋水平发挥比较优势,切不可急功近利、盲目追求“热门”产业或者贪大求全,导致全国产业结构趋同以及产能过剩。
Based on the national panel data of different provinces in our country, this paper explores the specific features of structural consistency in different regions of China and analyzes their impact on regional economic growth. The results show that the consistency between the industrial structure and the factor endowment structure may not be the only determinant of economic growth, and in the short term, it may lead to the opposite conclusion. However, it has very good explanatory power for promoting the long-term development trend of regional economic growth. Therefore, local governments should give play to their comparative advantages in light of their own endowment levels. Therefore, local governments should blindly pursue “hot ” or “greedy and seek perfection,” leading to the convergence of the national industrial structure and overcapacity.
