目的探讨长期配戴软性角膜接触镜是否可引起角膜前表面形态和屈光力改变。方法２１只软性角膜接触镜配戴超过２ａ眼用ＴｏｍｅｙＴＭＳ－２ＴＭ角膜地形图检查，获取角膜前表面形态和屈光力的统计值。结果２眼全角膜出现假性圆锥角膜图像，角膜接触镜配戴眼角膜表面规则指数和不规则散光指数增高。结论长期配戴软性角膜接触镜可引起角膜表面变平、规则性下降和不规则散光，该改变可能是导致最佳矫正视力下降的原因。
Objective To investigate whether long-term wear of soft contact lenses can cause changes of corneal anterior surface morphology and refractive power. Methods Twenty-one soft corneal contact lenses with over 2 years were examined by Tomey TMS-2TM corneal topography, and the statistics of anterior corneal topography and refractive power were obtained. Results There were false keratoconus images in the whole cornea of 2 eyes. The rules of surface corneal contact lenses and irregular astigmatism index were increased. Conclusion Long-term wearing soft contact lens can cause flat corneal surface, regular decline and irregular astigmatism, the change may lead to the best corrected visual acuity decreased.
