国际航运事业的发展和新科技在航海中的广泛应用,促进了航海技术向综合操纵、综合导航、自动控制等高新尖技术方向发展。高等航海教育如何适应国际航运和新的航海通信、导航以及操纵等的需要,是当前航海教育改革面临的重大课题。本文提出航海教育改革中必须解决的五大关系的处理原则和处理方法,为航海教育向纵深改革提供了一些思路,盼望能引起航海教育界和航海界同行的讨论,以利培养既有中国特色又适应国际需要的航海高级专门人才。
The development of international shipping industry and the extensive application of new technologies in navigation have promoted the development of navigation technologies in high-tech industries such as integrated control, integrated navigation and automatic control.
