创新已经成为了时代的最强音,也是解决中国发展问题的关键,走自主创新道路是当代中国发展的战略选择。然而,为什么自主创新提出这么多年,自主创新能力不足仍然是我国发展的制约瓶颈,原因在于我们没有真正认识到创新劳动是一种具有巨大价值创造作用的新的劳动形式,创新劳动没有得到应有的回报,严重影响着人们创新劳动的热情。因此,我们必须确立创新劳动价值论,从而建立一种鼓励创新劳动的分配激励机制。
Innovation has become the strongest voice of the times and also the key to solving the problem of China’s development. Taking the road of independent innovation is a strategic choice for the development of contemporary China. However, the reasons why independent innovation has been proposed for so many years and the lack of capacity for independent innovation remain the bottlenecks in the development of our country. The reason is that we do not really recognize that innovative labor is a new form of labor with great value creation and innovative labor is not enough The return, a serious impact on people’s enthusiasm for innovative labor. Therefore, we must establish an innovative labor theory of value, so as to establish a distribution incentive mechanism that encourages innovative labor.
