冠心病诊断水平虽然不断提高,但仍是比较困难的课题,对冠心病诊断尚有一定困难,尤其是还没有明显影响心肌供血障碍情况下,对其诊断更为困难。为了更能正确的诊断冠心病提供形态学依据,现将我校附属医院1952年1月—1981年12月经尸检证实的77例冠心病的临床病理资料对照分析作一简要报道,以供参考。
