目的:为制定年度机采血小板采血计划,预测临床机采血小板需求量,以保证临床机采血小板供应提供参考依据。方法:根据2004-2012年机采血小板供应量数据,利用动态数列及其分析指标预测2012年临床血小板需求情况,预测的结果与2012年实际供应情况进行统计分析。结果:实际机采血小板供应量比预计供应量增加了674U。结论:用动态数列及其分析指标预测机采血小板的供应情况,可以提早制定各种措施以保证临床机采血小板。
Objective: To provide an annual plan of taking blood platelet blood collection plan to predict the demand for clinical machine-made platelets, to provide a reference for clinical platelet supply. Methods: According to the supply data of organic platelets from 2004 to 2012, the dynamic platelets and their indexes were used to predict the clinical demand of platelets in 2012. The results of the prediction and the actual supply in 2012 were statistically analyzed. Results: The actual platelet supply increased by 674U over the estimated supply. Conclusion: Predicting the supply of machine platelets with dynamic series and its analytical indexes, various measures can be formulated in advance to ensure the clinical collection of platelets.
