2.5%的氯霉素滴耳液系以甘油做溶媒,当其遇冷(一般是10℃以下)时即会析出主药结晶。我们改用二甲基亚砜与甘油混合为溶媒可提高氯霉素的溶解度,防止结晶析出。
2.5% chloramphenicol ear drops to glycerol solvent, when it is cold (usually below 10 ℃) that will precipitate the main drug crystal. We use dimethyl sulfoxide and glycerol as a solvent can improve the solubility of chloramphenicol to prevent crystallization.
