目的:探讨自拟活血生肌方直肠滴注治疗混合痔术后肛门坠胀的临床疗效.方法:将220例混合痔术后肛门坠胀患者随机分为对照组(110例)和治疗组(110例).对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组对照组基础上加用自拟活血生肌方直肠滴注治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效、肛门坠胀持续时间、创面愈合时间及治疗前后肛门坠胀评分.结果:治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组患者肛门坠胀持续时间和创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗后肛门坠胀评分较治疗前降低(P＜0.05);治疗后两组比较,治疗组治疗后肛门坠胀评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:自拟活血生肌方直肠滴注治疗混合痔术后肛门坠胀有较好疗效,可有效缓解坠胀及疼痛症状,缩短坠胀时间,促进创口愈合.“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of self-made Huoxue Shegnji decoction (自拟活血生肌方,SDHXSJD) by rectal instillation in treatment of patients with anal bulge after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods:The 220 patients with anal bulge after mixed hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into two groups including control group (110 patients) with conventional treatment of western medicine and TCM group (110 patients) with SDHXSJD by rectal instillation;and the clinical effect,the anal bulge duration time,the wound healing time and anal bulge scores before and after treatment of both groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of TCM group was better than control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The anal bulge duration time and the wound healing time of TCM group was shorter than control gr oup,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The anal bulge score after operation of TCM group was better than control group and before treatment and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:SDHXSJD by rectal instillation in treatment of patients with anal bulge after mixed hemorrhoids surgery can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms incliudign bulge and pain,shorten the duration time of bulge and be helpful to accelerate the wound healing process.
