在Ⅰ、Ⅱ两文中,我们对居留海拔4700—5000公尺成人心电图特点和45名青年在不同海拔时的心电图动态改变作了分析和讨论。为进一步了解高山低氧环境对心脏电活动的影响,本文分析海拔高度和居留时间对心电图的影响。对象和方法 556名正常成人,分为三组: 第一组:128名在海拔4700—5000公尺地区6—21年(平均11.6年)的养路工人,年龄24—45岁(见本题I文)。
In both I and II, we analyzed and discussed the electrocardiographic features of adults at altitudes of 4700-5000 meters above sea level and the electrocardiogram changes of 45 young people at different altitudes. In order to further understand the impact of alpine hypoxic environment on cardiac electrical activity, this paper analyzes the impact of altitude and residence time on the ECG. Subjects and Methods 556 normal adults are divided into three groups: Group I: 128 road maintenance workers aged 24-45 years (range from 6 to 21 years (range, 11.6 years) at an altitude of 4700-5000 meters ).
