目的:探讨ARHI基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:收集临床80例乳腺癌患者癌组织、40例癌旁乳腺组织和20例正常乳腺组织,采用免疫组织化学法和RT-PCR法检测ARHI基因在乳腺癌组织、癌旁乳腺组织及正常组织中的表达。结果:与正常组织和癌旁组织相比较,ARHI蛋白和ARHImRNA水平在乳腺癌组织中的表达均明显降低(P<0.01),并且两者随组织病理分级的升高而降低(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移的低于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),但在不同组织学类型中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ARHI基因表达的下调,说明ARHI在乳腺癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用,并为乳腺癌的诊断和预后提供依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression of ARHI gene in breast cancer and its significance. Methods: 80 cases of breast cancer tissues, 40 cases of paracancer tissues and 20 cases of normal breast tissues were collected. Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of ARHI in breast cancer tissues, paracancer breast tissues and normal tissues In the expression. Results: The expressions of ARHI and ARHI mRNA in breast cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in normal tissues and paracancerous tissues (P <0.01), and both of them were decreased with the increase of histopathological grade (P <0.05) (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in different histological types (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The down-regulation of ARHI gene expression shows that ARHI plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer and provides the basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
