[目的]预防和控制手足口病引起医院感染或感染暴发流行。[方法]健全组织,建立院内手足口病预防控制领导小组,制定防控实施方案,对全院进行手足口病相关知识培训,专辟手足口病预检分诊室,集中隔离收治病人,加强隔离病房的管理及环节消毒技术管理,重视病人及陪护人员的健康教育。[结果]收治手足口病例共176例,均治愈出院,无院内感染病例发生。[结论]加强医院感染管理,严格消毒隔离措施,可有效地预防手足口病在医院内的传播。
[Objective] To prevent and control the outbreak of nosocomial infection or infection caused by HFMD. [Methods] To establish a hospital prevention and control group of hand, foot and mouth disease prevention and control, formulate prevention and control implementation plan, carry out hand-foot-mouth disease-related knowledge training in the hospital, specialize hand-foot-mouth disease pre-screening branch room, concentrate isolation and treatment of patients, strengthen isolation Ward management and technical aspects of disinfection management, emphasis on patient and caregiver health education. [Results] A total of 176 cases of hand, foot and mouth were treated, all were cured and discharged without nosocomial infections. [Conclusion] Strengthening hospital infection management and strict disinfection and isolation measures can effectively prevent the spread of HFMD in hospitals.
