美国著名管理学大师杜拉克指出 ,现在已经进入一个企业管理新时代 ;在这个时代 ,知识越来越比资本、土地等其他要素值钱。在我国企业界也出现了重视企业管理和重视应用企业管理软件的现象 ,如MRPⅡ/ERP在有些企业已经得到了深入的应用。为了了解我国企业的管理水平和企业应用管理软件的情况 ,考虑到地域分布、不同行业、不同软件提供商等因素 ,1999年下半年我们在全国选取了16家企业MRPⅡ/ERP系统的应用情况进行了调查研究 ,包括科龙、美的、深圳中国集装箱进出口公司、康宝集团、山西经纬纺织机械厂、西安高压开关厂、北京第一机床厂、联想集团、哈尔滨电机集团、沈阳鼓风机厂、中山香山衡器厂、健力宝富特容器厂、康佳集团、长沙卷烟厂、广州日立电梯集团、合肥叉车厂。本文便是这一调查的成果报告。
Dulak, a famous American management guru, points out that now he has entered a new era of business management. In this era of knowledge, knowledge is getting more and more valuable than other elements such as capital and land. In our country, enterprises also pay attention to enterprise management and attach importance to the application of enterprise management software. For example, MRPⅡ / ERP has been deeply applied in some enterprises. In order to understand the management level of Chinese enterprises and the situation of enterprise application management software, taking into account such factors as geographical distribution, industries and software providers, in the second half of 1999 we selected 16 enterprises in China for application of MRPⅡ / ERP system Investigation and research, including Kelon, Midea, Shenzhen China Container Import and Export Corporation, Herbalife Group, Shanxi Jingwei Textile Machinery Factory, Xi'an High Voltage Switchgear Factory, Beijing No.1 Machine Tool Plant, Lenovo Group, Harbin Electric Group, Shenyang Blower Factory, Zhongshan Xiangshan Weighing Plant, Jianlibao Bao Te container plant, Konka Group, Changsha Cigarette Factory, Guangzhou Hitachi Elevator Group, Hefei Forklift Factory. This article is the result of this survey.
