在电气安装中,膨胀螺栓主要用于将瓷夹板、木(塑料)槽板等固定在砖墙或混凝土构件上,还可以代替预埋铁件和支架安装电气设备。由于其施工方便、功效高、质量好,所以在电气安装中的应用日趋广泛。目前市场供应的膨胀螺栓有两种,即尼龙胀管和碳钢膨胀螺栓(图1、2)。碳钢膨胀螺栓由碳素钢制成,它的抗拉、抗剪能力强,可用于固定电气设备和一些承重的支吊架。尼龙胀管由尼龙材料制成,其抗拉、抗剪能力均较弱,只能用于固定一些轻质电气材料。
In electrical installations, the expansion bolts are mainly used to fix ceramic plywood, wood (plastic) channel plates, etc. on brick walls or concrete structures, and can also replace the embedded iron pieces and brackets to install electrical equipment. Because of its convenient construction, high efficiency, and good quality, it is increasingly used in electrical installations. Currently, there are two types of expansion bolts available on the market, namely nylon expansion tubes and carbon steel expansion bolts (Figs. 1 and 2). Carbon steel expansion bolts are made of carbon steel. They have strong tensile and shear resistance and can be used to fix electrical equipment and some load-bearing hangers. The nylon expansion tube is made of nylon material, and its tensile and shear resistance are weak, and it can only be used to fix some lightweight electrical materials.
