前房出血是眼外伤和内眼手术之常见并发症。有时积血阻塞房角,眼压升高,继发青光眼,角膜血染,单纯西药治疗比较困难。我院采用中西医结合疗法,以中药为主共治疗各种前房出血60例60只眼。结果报告如下。 资料与方法 一般资料 60例中男性43例,女性17例。年龄:6～70岁,平均30岁。出血至就诊时间平均3.5天。60只眼中Ⅰ度出血12只眼,Ⅱ度出血31只眼,Ⅲ度出血9只眼,Ⅳ度出血8只眼。
Anterior chamber hemorrhage is a common complication of ocular trauma and intraocular surgery. Sometimes blockage of blood clots angle, intraocular pressure, secondary glaucoma, corneal blood stained, simple western medicine treatment more difficult. Integrative Medicine in our hospital with traditional Chinese medicine-based treatment of a variety of 60 cases of anterior chamber hemorrhage 60 eyes. The results are reported below. Materials and Methods General information of 60 cases, 43 males and 17 females. Age: 6 ~ 70 years old, average 30 years old. Bleeding to treatment time averaged 3.5 days. In 60 eyes, there were 12 eyes of grade Ⅰ hemorrhage, 31 cases of grade Ⅱ hemorrhage, 9 eyes of grade Ⅲ hemorrhage and 8 eyes of grade Ⅳ hemorrhage.
