利用透射电镜研究了某钢中夹杂物的堆垛层错,电子衍射分析表明,夹杂物内存在15R型长周期结构。利用双倾操作得到沿密排点列的特征衍射花样,分析夹杂物为面心立方结构,点阵常数为0.788 nm。观察了这种材料的(1-11-)系统衍射的一维晶格相及[011]晶带轴的高分辨像。
The stacking faults of inclusions in a steel were studied by transmission electron microscopy. The electron diffraction analysis showed that the inclusions have long-period structure 15R. The characteristic diffraction pattern along the close-packed point was obtained by double-dip operation. The inclusion was a face-centered cubic structure with a lattice constant of 0.788 nm. The (1-11-) systematic diffraction of this material was observed for the one-dimensional lattice phase and the high-resolution image of the [011] band axis.
