在口腔颌面部癌瘤的外科治疗中,常同期进行口腔颌面颈联合根治术。以往,这种联合根治术的手术模式都是自下而上的传统式的根治性颈廓清术和原发灶切除术。本文介绍改用同期分段法进行口腔颌面颈联合根治术,即先行患侧常规舌骨上淋巴清扫术及原发灶的切除,冲洗后关闭口内伤口,使口腔与颈部伤口不直接相通。重新消毒颈部后作自下而上的常规颈淋巴清扫术,这种术式减少了污染和癌细胞种植的机会,降低了创口感染的并发症。根据临床观察及随访,分段法有着较好的近远期效果。
Surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial cancer, often over the same period of oral and maxillofacial combined radical mastectomy.
