犁体外载六分量测力传感器由于体轻巧,无磨擦,频响宽等优点而被认为是一种较好的空间测力装置。但目前还存在着垂直分量灵敏度较低和各分量间相互“影响”较大等问题。本文对这两个问题,在结构设计、工艺、贴片和静标定等方向做了一些初步探讨。目前已使垂直分量的灵敏度提高到0.76με/kg、互“影响”值不大于±7%。文中并对进一步提高灵敏度和降低互“影响”值以提高其测试精度做了一些初步分析。传感器经过在第一拖拉机厂试验场一次考验性实测(约1400米),使用商丘330犁由东方红——40拖拉机悬挂,由于耕深较深(达28.68cm)在东方红—40前又加了一台东方红——60拖拉机共同牵引。实测后检查传感器未发现异常。
