当今世界正处在互联网+的时代,网络化、数字化、信息化成为各行各业发展的必然。职业学校作为培养专技人才的摇篮,在教育方法和教育形式上更应该顺应时代的发展趋势。在职业学校的班主任工作中,加强班主任与学生的沟通交流,培养学生专业素养和综合能力是最为关键、最为必要的。班主任对网络通讯工具QQ的合理使用,不但改变了学生的学习方式,活跃了学生的思维能力,开拓了学生的眼界,培养了学生的专业素养和综合素质,更能促进职业学校德育教育目标的落实,加强学生的良好规范养成,让学生快乐学习,健康成长,逐步实现每一位学生的精彩人生。本文将结合网络通讯工具探讨建立班级QQ群在班主任工作中的实际应用。
