肇庆市委居住小区位于广东省肇庆市天宁北路市委大院旁,工人影剧院后,分为东院、南院、北院,拆迁用地约2万m2。由于市委住宅小区内部分楼房楼龄长,质量差,有多栋楼房已处于危楼状态,通过实地考察,不少需改造的建筑现状令人担忧,四周现有多层及低层住宅密度较大,绿地少,显得颇为拥挤,居住条件差强人意。
