本文是气动逻辑回路设计方法的总结。其过程为:把通常的程序图扩充为原始循环方框图,按方框图将气缸动作程序划分为4种循环类型,然后提出4个经验法则,用这些法则就可以直接在循环图上找出并标示障碍信号,再用增加虚程序的方法消除障碍并在图上标出,根据最后完成的循环方框图,可以很方便的画出逻辑回路图。本方法直观、简便,特别适用于气缸数很多的单往复复杂循环的逻辑回路设计。图10幅。参考文献6。
