本文采用豚鼠制备实验性致敏动物模型,探讨蜂胶提取物对机体的过敏性反应;抗疲劳阈值的改善程度。实验证明:蜂胶通过乙醇提取去杂质和沉淀除去部份蛋白,其提取物内的过敏原有较大幅度的减少。取此提取液,给豚鼠由静脉注入0.5ml/只动物(1 g/ml),对致敏动物进行攻击性试验,结果呈阴性反应。另外对小鼠的过敏性反应及抗疲劳阈值试验,未显示有过敏性反应和表现出有较大的提高与改善,从而证实了蜂胶提取物对机体的有益性和实用价值。
In this article, guinea pigs were used to prepare experimental sensitized animal models to investigate the allergic reaction of propolis extracts to the body and the improvement of the anti-fatigue threshold. Experiments show that propolis extracts impurities and precipitates by ethanol to remove part of the protein, and the allergen in the extract is greatly reduced. Taking this extract, guinea pigs were injected intravenously with 0.5 ml/animal (1 g/ml), and guinea pigs were subjected to an aggressive test with negative results. In addition, allergic reactions and anti-fatigue threshold tests in mice did not show allergic reactions and showed significant improvement and improvement, thus confirming the beneficialness and practical value of the propolis extracts on the body.
