用离体心房表面灌流实验证明,构叶乙醇提取物及总黄酮甙对家兔和豚鼠心房具有明显的抑制作用。对兔心房收缩力的抑制作用与两种制剂的对数剂量呈线性相关,其相关系数r分别为-0.9878和-0.9978,量效曲线的斜率分别为-72.56和-67.42,50%抑制量(ID_(50))分别为47.92mg和0.98mg。两种构叶制剂均能拮抗CaCl_2对心房收缩力的增强作用,随CaCl_2剂量增大,这种拮抗作用相应减弱。初步认为总黄酮甙是构叶的主要有效成分之一,可能具有钙拮抗剂的作用
The perfusion experiments on isolated atrial surfaces showed that the ethanol extracts and total flavonoids of the structured leaves had significant inhibitory effects on the atria of rabbits and guinea pigs. The inhibitory effect on rabbit atrial contractility was linearly related to the logarithmic dose of the two preparations. The correlation coefficients r were -0.9878 and -0.9978, respectively, and the slopes of the dose-response curves were -72.56 and -67.42, respectively, and 50% inhibition ( ID_(50)) were 47.92 mg and 0.98 mg, respectively. Both of the two constituent leaf preparations could antagonize the enhancement of atrial contractility by CaCl 2 , and the antagonistic effect was correspondingly weakened with the increase of CaCl 2 dose. It is preliminarily considered that total flavonoids are one of the main active ingredients of the leaf and may have the effect of calcium antagonists
