采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对大学生体育锻炼对心理健康的影响展开研究,探讨了体育锻炼时间、锻炼强度和锻炼频率三者对大学生心理健康产生的影响关系。结果表明:锻炼时间、锻炼频率和锻炼强度均与心理压力成负相关趋势,要通过体育锻炼取得理想的心理效果,需要使锻炼强度达到中等强度以上,其次要保证足够的锻炼频率,最后要保证每次锻炼的持续时间。
Using literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the impact of physical exercise on mental health of college students, and discusses the impact of physical exercise time, exercise intensity and exercise frequency on the mental health of college students. The results showed that: exercise time, exercise frequency and exercise intensity are negatively correlated with the psychological pressure trend, to obtain the desired psychological effect through physical exercise, the need to exercise intensity to achieve more than moderate intensity, and secondly to ensure adequate exercise frequency, and finally to ensure The duration of each exercise.
