岩石化探样中主要和痕量元素的测定,目前多半以ICP或XRF法为主,二种测试手段各有优势。本文应用8680X-射线光谱仪测定氧化镁,氧化铝,氧化硅,磷,氧化钾,氧化钙,氧化铁,氧化钠,钛,锰,锌,钒,铬,铷,铌,钇,锶,锆等元素。8680型系顺序/多道复合式X-射线光谱仪。试验证明,本方法简易、快速,结果满意。方法的变动系数最大为14.24%(Nb=15ppm),最小为0.01%(SiO_2=77.27%)。
Determination of major and trace elements in petrochemical exploration samples, mostly by ICP or XRF method, the two test methods have their own advantages. In this paper, the determination of magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, phosphorus, potassium oxide, calcium oxide, iron oxide, sodium oxide, titanium, manganese, zinc, vanadium, chromium, rubidium, niobium, yttrium, strontium, zirconium, etc. by 8680X- element. 8680 series of sequential / multi-channel composite X-ray spectrometer. Test proved that the method is simple, fast and satisfactory results. The maximum coefficient of variation of the method is 14.24% (Nb = 15 ppm) and the minimum is 0.01% (SiO 2 = 77.27%).
