顶空分析方法乙被广泛用于乙醇和其它挥发性及气态物质的测定。近来,已使用铁磁合金作热解器,由于电磁诱导作用就可以很快升到预定温度(居黑点)。作者应用居黑点热解器结合气一质联用建立了一种分析微量生物检材中挥发性和气态物质的新方法。
Headspace analysis method B is widely used for the determination of ethanol and other volatile and gaseous substances. Recently, ferromagnetic alloys have been used as pyrolyzers and can quickly rise to a predetermined temperature (black dots) due to electromagnetic induction. A new method of analyzing volatile and gaseous substances in microbiological samples was established by using a black spot pyrolyzer in combination with gas chromatography.
