该院自１９９５年５月～１９９７年７月应用胸腔镜术治疗各种类型的自发性气胸２４例。除２例因早期经验不足中转开胸外，２２例均在胸腔镜下完成，疗效满意，无并发症，无手术死亡。结合手术经验，该文对自发性气胸的手术适应证，手术时机，手术方法的选择进行了进一步探讨。认为内镜持针器持针线行肺大泡缝扎切除的手术方法和干纱布摩擦壁层胸膜固定术防止复发的方法值得推广。
The hospital from May 1995 to July 1997 application of thoracoscopic surgery for the treatment of 24 cases of various types of spontaneous pneumothorax. In addition to 2 cases of early thoracotomy due to lack of early experience, 22 cases were done under thoracoscope, with satisfactory results, no complications, no operative death. Combined with surgical experience, this article further explores the indications for surgical indications for spontaneous pneumothorax, the timing of surgery, and the choice of surgical procedure. It is worth promoting that the endoscopic needle-hold needle line line surgical removal of bullae and surgical intervention of dry gauze friction wall pleurodesis to prevent recurrence.
