一、我组的状况与实际问题我们流通组现有12人,男2人,女10人,干部8人,工人4人。文化程度;大专1人,中专7人,高中1人,初中3人。职称:馆员1人,助理馆员2人,管理员5人,现在除一位同志外其他同志都是在79年相继调入图书馆工作的,十年来,我组的工作人员流动较大,先后调出16人,调进11人,参加函授学习8人,跟班学习外语的11人,工作人员一直处于不稳定状态。我们组占有730来平米的二层楼一座,一楼设有外文库3个,库本书库2个,目录室一个,外文借书口一个,二楼设学生借书口2个,还书口1个,教职工借还书口1个,藏书有52万余册,全组共计5个借还书口,负责全校4654人的借还书业务。
