From October 24 to October 27, 2016, the 6th plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing. The plenary session reviewed and approved “Several Guidelines on Political Life of the Party under the New Situation” and “Supervision by the Communist Party of China Ordinance ”, the communique was released immediately aroused great concern and strong repercussions from all walks of life.
