为了通过减少皮层气泡获得好的表面质量,研究了脱氧度和铬的加入量对沸腾层内气泡的尺寸以及分布的影响。所获得的结果如下: (1)钢液的碳、锰和氧含量的平衡极大地影响沸腾层内坚壳带的厚度和气泡的分布。 (2)为防止板坯裂纹缺陷的出现,坚壳带的厚度至少应为17mm。为获得上面所提的厚度,最大脱氧度为: [C]×[O]-0.56[Mn]≥0.082V-5.135 这里[C],[Mn],[O]为10~(-2)%单位内钢液中各个元素的含量。 V为浇注速度(毫米/分)。 (3)铬的加入对沸腾层内减少气泡的数量和尺寸是有效的。这种现象认为加铬有助于表面张力的降低。
In order to obtain good surface quality by reducing cortical bubbles, the effect of deoxidation degree and addition of chromium on the size and distribution of bubbles in the boiling layer was investigated.
