安全生产事关人民群众能否安居乐业,事关企业能否可持续发展,事关经济大局。从各级政府到各个企业都把安全作为头等大事来抓,严肃安全生产责任事故追究制度,纷纷把主要负责人列为安全生产第一责任人。如最近辽宁省明确规定,国有统配煤矿一旦发生死亡事故,郜要撤掉一批干部,发生重特大事故的,矿长、主管局长必须引咎辞职。
Whether safety production can affect the people’s livelihood or not depends on whether the enterprise can sustainably develop and is related to the overall economic situation. From all levels of government to all enterprises regard safety as a top priority, and hold a serious accountability system for accident-related accidents in production safety. They have listed the main responsible persons as the first responsible persons for production safety. As Liaoning Province has clearly stipulated in the past, once a state-owned coal mine has been killed, if a batch of cadres are to be dismantled and major accidents occur, the director and the chief executive must resign.
