党的十五大对邓小平理论的指导意义和历史地位作了新的概括 ,明确指出“邓小平理论是当代中国的马克思主义 ,是马克思主义在中国发展的新阶段”,“它是贯通哲学、政治经济学、科学社会主义等领域 ,涵盖经济、政治、科技、文化、民族、军事、外交、统一战线、党的建设等方面比较完备的科学体系 ,又是需要从各方面进一步丰富发展的科学体系”。大会号召高举邓小平理论的伟大旗帜 ,在全党全国人民中掀起学习邓小平理论的新高潮 ,全面推进我们的伟大事业。但是在实际生活和教学工作中 ,仍有人和个别学员对此存在着一些模糊认识 ,这就需要予以澄清 ,“正确的理论必须正确地看待 ;科学的理论必须科学地学习。”
The 15th National Party Congress made a new generalization of the guiding significance and historical status of Deng Xiaoping Theory. It clearly states that “Deng Xiaoping Theory is Marxism in contemporary China, a new stage in the development of Marxism in China” and “ Economy, science, socialism and other fields, covering a complete scientific system of economy, politics, science and technology, culture, nationality, military affairs, diplomacy, the united front and party building, and a scientific system that requires further enrichment in all aspects ”. The congress called for holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and set off a new upsurge of studying Deng Xiaoping Theory among the entire party and the people throughout the country to comprehensively promote our great cause. However, in the actual life and teaching work, there are still some people and individual students have some vague understanding of this, which needs to be clarified, “the correct theory must be correctly viewed; scientific theory must be scientifically learning.”
