黄山市新安江钢坝闸是目前国内总跨度最大的钢坝闸,全长257m。钢坝闸是近年来逐渐兴起的一种新型景观闸,因其具有闸门开度无级可调、操作方便、启闭灵活、方便调度、工作隐蔽利于形成城市景观的特点,越来越多地用于城市水利枢纽。钢坝闸闸门为平板钢闸门,采用底轴驱动的方式,闸门在开启状态时,水流流过闸门可形成瀑布景观。钢坝闸的拐臂和底轴管作为主要受力构件之一,结构、工艺复杂,是制造过程中的技术难点。文章着重介绍拐臂和底轴管的制造工艺,以期对同行有所帮助。
