探索了对氨基苯磺酸(ABS)存在下,对银纳米粒子生成的影响,并探讨了不同量银纳米粒子的生成对ABS的荧光性质的影响.基于此,实现了银离子的分析检测.结果表明,有ABS稳定剂存在时,获得的银纳米粒子的最大吸收波长发生了蓝移并且吸光度增强,而且ABS的荧光强度随Ag NO3的浓度而变化,且其降低的程度与Ag NO3的浓度在1.0×10-6~1.1×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为r=0.997 0.据此建立了简便,灵敏度较高的测定Ag+新方法.
