California Eastrn Labs.研制成新的砷化镓(GaAs)单片微波集成电路(MMIC)SPDT开关,类似于 NEC 公司的 UPG2009TB。这种开关在2.5 GHz 下的 Pin(0.1 dB)为+34dBm,隔离为25 dB(典型值),插入损耗为0.4 dB(典型值)。该开关可用于发射机/接收机、天线和功率电平控制开关。
California Eastrn Labs. Developed a new GaAs monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) SPDT switch similar to NEC’s UPG2009TB. The switch features + 34dBm Pin (0.1dB) at 2.5GHz, 25dB (typ) isolation and 0.4 dB (typ) insertion loss. The switch can be used for transmitter / receiver, antenna and power level control switch.
